If you have Microsoft Office, you could use Microsoft Access to do
reporting; it's a little trickier than Crystal, but not much. :) And,
if you already have it, it's free :)

SQL Reporting Services is included with your SQL Server licence; if you
have a single-server shop, I believe you can run Reporting Services and
a web server and a SQL Server all on the same box.
