    Thanks for your response
    All of sudden, after 4 restarts, (booting) I managed to make it start and
    runing.
    For the first reason, I confirm that the account user is inthe admin local
    group.
    For the second reason, I havn't set up a MAPI profil in the mail session,
    however, every time I re-start the sql server agent, in it's error log I get
    the 2 following warnings :
    A - [260] Unable to start mail session (reason: No mail profile defined).
    trying to access a oulook express mailaccount
    B - [396] An idle CPU condition has not been defined - OnIdle job schedules
    will have no effect
