    It says:
    IBM Rational? ClearCase? supports Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, and will
    continue to support the IDE, framework and services that make up the
    Microsoft .NET platform. Rational ClearCase is integrated with Rational XDE
    for enabling seamless access to Rational's leading software configuration
    management solution.

    For details on how to use that, I agree with MingQing that you can seek
