Tibor,
Thanks, I went to the services manager for windows 2000
server and set the server agent to automatic instead of
manual. It then posted the correct settings to the
properties tag. I am not sure what user account is
controling the tab, I still get the error when I try to
change it back, but at least I have it running as an
automatic service now! Thanks again, my databases are
being backup now by the agent what a relief!
