How to clean up / removing ALL sql 2005 instances whatsoever?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

My XP SP3 box has run tons of sql server 2005 installations, from
express to standard to enterprise (possibly) over the years... the
Windows Add/Remove utility has run out of its game, doing so from
registry, did not seem to have covered/removing all instances (may I
didn't know exact steps etc.). How?

Thanks.
