sql 08 Remote Debugging Configuration

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I can't seem to get to Remote Debugging to work in SQL08. I can debug
locally on the SQL08 server.

On a remote machine when I open Management Studio and I try to debug a
query I get: "Unable to start T-SQL Debugging. Could not attach to SQL Server
process on servername,. A security package specific error occurred."

On both machines I turned the firewall off.
I am Administrator on both machines. I can run remote queries in Management
Studio without problem.
The documentation said I only needed to ensure that the ports were open. Is
their something else I need to set?
