Setup Issue Reporting Services

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm having a small problem with the setup of SQL Server 2008. The problem
I'm having is only the local "Administrator" can get in an manage
permissions. Accounts in the "Administrators" group can not get in. Even
when a domain account is give "Content Manager" permissions they still can't
get in. Any idea why people in the "Administrators" group are not getting
the same access as the "Adminstrators" group.
