Are you looking for a Network guy? A SQL guy? Or... an application developer guy? No no... it's a system administrator guy, isn't it?

Humm, I guess no... I give up, it's not that easy for me to find the right term to determine the guy you are looking for. Ohh I find it! This must be an "all-in-one guy".

* Solid understanding of load balancing concepts, prefer experience
with Windows Load Balancing Services

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
