How do I istall 2 SQL2005 licenses?

We are in the process of planning and testing migration of our SQL2000 server to SQL2005. The first was ordered from Tech Soup under Open License. We will be ordering the second one soon. The server is a dual Xeon computer. We have purchased 2 "Per CPU" licenses. The current installation is, I believe, a "Per Seat" license.

I've installed the software on a test server and it automatically fills in the license # (from the CD?). I'm curious as to how the second license will get installed? I'm assuming that I will get another license, not a new media. Is that correct? How does the server get SQL2005 installed and know that I have 2 Per CPU licenses??
