Sql Server client software question

Hi,
I hope this is the right list. This will probably sound like a very
uninformed question for which I apologize. I've used sql server 2005
for a long while back. I actually installed the server part but
someone else installed the client side software (I can't remember the
name of it but it replaces enterprise manager in sql server 2000 and
has the word "query" in it).
I bought sql server2005 developer edition and installed the server
part. I thought the client part I described above would be on the
install disks but I can't find it. I looked at the start menu under ms
sql server 2005 and I don't see anything that I recognize as the
client part.
I don't have msdn since all I need is sql sever 2005 and vs 2008. Do
I need to purchase another disk with the client software so I can
create tables, enter data by hand, create stored procs, etc? Or it
just on a part of the server disk that I haven't found? I did try the
client software installation wizard but that didn't seem to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
