Run setup from your sql server dvd and select database engine, workstation
and client tools. That should give you the management studio after the
installation has ended.

I have just finished installing SQL Server 2005 Developer (with all
installation features selected) and can't figure out how I am supposed to
be able to use this product to create or import any databases!
My Start menu program group for SQL Server shows 5 items:
Error Usage & Reporting
Configuration Manager
Surface Area Configuration
Notification Services Command Prompt
Reporting Services Configuration
None of these puts up an UI that I can use to develop databases!
According to the documentation, I'm supposed to have the SQL Server
Management Studio (not the express version of this, mind you), but I don't
have it.
I've looked in the SQL Server installation folders and don't see it.
I've looked on the installation DVD and don't see anything that looks
promising.
What am I missing here?!
