There is no such an Edition of Windows Server 2003 as you mentioned "Windows 2003 Advanced Server".
As you can see from the following list, it's now Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and you can setup Clustering in this edition of Windows Server.

I read the document and have one question i.e. can I use the Windows 2003
Advanced Server for the Clustering as this is the given list of Os in the
document:
Software Requirements
• Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, Enterprise Edition (with a minimum of
Service Pack 5)
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server
• Microsoft Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition, SQL Server SP3 or SP3a required
• Microsoft Windows 2003 Datacenter Edition Server, SQL Server SP3 or SP3a
required
