Hi,
Thanks for your response.
For further research, could you please send me the SQL Server setup log and
MPSReport files?
Since the files are large, I would like to create a workspace for your
uploading the files; however this process need your email address.
Could you please just send me (changliw_at_microsoft_dot_com) a response
now? After that, I will email you to let you know how to upload the files.
You can download the MPSReport tool (MPSRPT_SQL.exe) from this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=cebf3c7c-7ca5-408f-
88b7-f9c79b7306c0
Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or
concerns.
Best regards,
Charles Wang

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/support/default.aspx.
