sql2005 sp2 does not install: Unable to install Windows Installer MSI file

When I install sp2 I get this error
Unable to install Windows Installer MSI file
It seems that 'SqlSupport.msp' is missing.
I am running sp2 as administrator, from the local disk.
How can I sove this?
Yesterday I've applied SP2 to an other pc without any problem.
