Possible to use DB created in SQLServer2005 in SQLServer2000 ?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Here's what we are trying to do :

1) Create a new databse in SQLServer2005, use that database under
SQLServer2005.
2) about a month later, that database is backed up and sent to another site,
which is using SQLServer2000.
3) We want to restore this database at the SQLServer2000 site, and start
using it.

Is step 3) possible ? if so, any gotchas (eg. any special considerations).

TIA,
Stephen
