SQL 2005 Problem Installing Reporting Serices

I'm trying to Install SQL 2005 Developer Edition x64 Extended on XP SP2 x64.
All the checks passed but to install Reporting Services is greyed out. I made
sure that the x64 2.0 framework is allowed in iis. I've been searching around
but can not find anything that may be helpful. Also one note while installing
team system I was getting an error when it tried to install SQL Express
Edition. Below are the system check message. Need the RS!
