Sql Server 2005 Express - Install error code 28008

Hi,
i'm installing Sql Server 2005 Express Edition, but 'SQL Server
Database Services' fails.
OS info: WinXP, service pack 2, user 'client1' with administration
privileges.
I have searched some documentation, but i haven't found anything...
