SQL Server 2005 failover cluster requirements

Hi,

I believe that one of the requirements for setting up a SQL Server
2005 failover cluster is communication with a domain controller. Does
anyone know if there is a way to set up a SQL 2005 failover cluster
that does NOT have access to a domain controller?

Thank you for any information on this...
