I realy need help with this and I not only one with this failure
(
http://forums.microsoft.com/technet/ShowPost.aspx?postid=1150940&;
isthread=false&siteid=17). I also belive that when Vista become
more popuar this error will impact more users.
I try everything with admin and non admin local Vista account...
My installaton always crash on after starting SQL Services
(engine) and trying to configure it (run some SQL commands).
This is my error message:

TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Setup
------------------------------

SQL Server Setup failed to execute a command for server
configuration. The error was [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL
Server]Windows NT user or group
'MASHINENAME\SQLServer2005MSSQLUser$MASHINENAME$MSSQLSERVER' not
found. Check the name again.. Refer to the server error logs and
Setup logs for detailed error information.

After I hit "Retry" i get this message (cancel is only other
option)

TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Setup
------------------------------

SQL Server Setup failed to execute a command for server
configuration. The error was [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL
Server]MODIFY FILE failed. Specified size is less than current
size.. Refer to the server error logs and Setup logs for
detailed error information.

When I hit cancel (retry it just repeat second error message)
setup rool back database engine installaton and go on with
setup...it install just a shell of VS, but faild with install of
Management Studui, Business Intellignece.... (all tools).

PS: I have Vista Business Edition and SQL Server 2005 Developer
Edition. Any kind of help is welcome.

PSS: Strange thing is that on Vista RC I had install SQL Server
2005 without any problems (to be honest I do that trough admin
account) but DBMS was happy on new OS for some time. Now, on
same machine, same configuration, I am realy out of options. I
hope that somone from MVP's will help us with some tips or
solutins of this problem.

Thank you
.
