MS Partner Action Pack - SQL Server Downgrade Rights

Hi
We are an action pack subscriber in the UK, we currently want to upgrade our
Small Business Server 2003 to R2 but this will upgrade SQL to 2005.
A software product we have is currently only SQL 2000 compatible, we are
working with the providers to ensure stability on 2005, but need a stable
version on 2000 for our day to day use.
Our subscription came with a SQL 2005 licence which we intend to downgrade
to 2000 and install on a separate Windows Server R2.
Now comes my question: does anyone know of who I should contact, ideally in
the UK, to downgrade this version?
Thanks
B
