Hi Bill,
Thanks for your detailed response. I am glad to hear that you had found the
resolution.
If a logon account is not a sysadmin or dbo, it is limited to modify any
properties of the database due to security factors. If you wanted to assign
more permissions or change any property of the user, you need to logon your
SQL Server with a sysadmin account. After that, please check again if the
user can view the database diagrams.
