I've removed all sql server programs using Add/Remove Programs. However;
I still see several sql services running in Services. I also can't
remove manually the Microsoft Sql Server folder in Program Files even
though I have all the sql services disabled.

I'd like to remove the whole thing and do a clean install again but really
am stuck now. Any help much appreciated.
