I have a Server running Windows 2003 Server with SQL2000 installed as a
Default instance. I now need to install SQL2005.
I have run the setup, but I have stopped continuing with the install. I
noticed that it has created a new directory in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\90 which I assume is for SQL2005?
Furthermore, I have named my SQL 2005 instance "sql05_on_sql02" as the
machine it sits on is called SQL02.
I want to continue to run SQL2000 as well as SQL2005 - so i need advise on
how to continue with the installation wizard so that I have both instances
running.
Thanks,

You just move on with the installation. The install program can see that
there are a SQL2000 default instance and will install SQL2005 as a named
instance.
