Are you looking at the results of sp_who / sp_who2 or "Current Activity"
within Enterprise Manager?
Microsoft increased the amount of information that is displayed with SQL
Server 2000 SP4. You might see more blocks because of this. Is performance
suffering?

After install sp4, the query keep block by it own
and ghost cleanup keep appear there?
