User Mapping Reset Itself

Hi,

I've created another user especially for connection through a Web
application. And in the User Mapping setting, I have assigned the login to
a database. However, the user mapping clears itself, causing the web
application failing to connect using this account. I need to update the
User Mapping again using the Management Studio.

Please advise.
