The above failure was seen when I tried to install just the workstation
components.
Install failures are seen on all my Opteron W2k3 x64 machines !, I am
using
the RTM version of x64 Ent edition of SQL2005 server. (downloaded from
msdn)

I am trying to install SQL2005 enterprise edition -x64 version on

The installation fails after creating the database while performing the
