There is a hotfix available for SP4 if you use AWE memory that you will want
to install as well. But the only way to know if it is right for your
situation is to test it. Lots of people are running just fine with SP4 but
that does not guarantee you won't have an issue.

We are currently running SQL 2000 SP3a and I'm considering upgrading to
SP4.
I do know early on SP4 had some issues (with Memory limits I think) so I

waited to install it. Have the issues been resolved? Are there any

issues with SP4. Has anyone had any negitive impacts from SP4. Please
