SQL Server on SBS 2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have this problem on my SBS 2003 Sp1,
Situation: 2 instances of sql server (SBSMONITORING and SHAREPOINT)
All two listening as named pipe and TCP on port 1433 (same server).
After every reboot of the server I lost connection to sharepoint instance
and
companyweb / sharepoint central administration webs not respond.
Sql enterprise manager can connect only sbsmonitoring. All time I must use
svrnetcn.exe to newly create connections of that two instance (named pipe and
TCP). Then all goes, but when I need to restart... the same problem.
The config of the two instances on SBS is right (named pipe / TCP on port
1433 all two)? I don't know how is the default config on sbs of those
instances.Thanks in advance
