You could verifiy the message setup is giving you.
Copy the file sql.cab from CD (or network) to your local c:\ drive.
Did that work ..?
If so right click the file and explore
Did that work ..?
Hopefully 1 of the above would have failed which concurs with setup that the
file is corrupt.
Your only option is to get / burn another copy of the CD with a non
corrupted cab file.
