You should try running this application. It might give you better reports.

But in either case the upgrade will not FIX anything. If you have
incompatibilities you either have to run in 8.0 compatibility mode or fix
the issues. Please note that the Upgrade advisor tool listed above will
tell you if the issue needs to be addressed or is simply a warning. Not
using the WITH is a warning in most cases but not all.
