I had some issues with Reporting Services too during a reinstall (and
reinstall, and reinstall). Not sure we had the same problem, but I
eventually got it to work something like this:
1) uninstall RS. Think from the Add Remove programs.
2) Make sure both RS IIS nodes are removed.
3) Make sure IIS has Integrated Security on (not just Basic)
4) Reinstall RS from the setup.
If that not work, remove all SQL, remove all RS IIS web sites, make sure IIS
as integrated security, delect Microsoft SQL dir (make sure you don't delete
any DB you need, reboot, reinstall sql.
