Hi,
If you are using September CTP, run the SQL Server Configuration
Manager and check which network protocols are running. TCP/IP and
Named Pipes is turned off by default on some editions in that CTP.
If TCP/IP is off then I would expect that you would find it difficult
to connect from the Web.
If that doesn't prove to be the problem please post further details of
your setup.
