SQL Server 2005 Installation fails (SCC got warning)

Hello, I got an error while install SQL Server 2005 (CTP September)
The SCC(System Configuration Check) success, except 1 fails
- SQL Server Edition Operating System Compatibility - warning
as following messages:

- WMI Service Requirement (Success)
- MSXML Requirement (Success)
- Operating System Minimum Level Requirement (Success)
- Operating System Service Pack Level Requirement. (Success)

I searched Books Online, but couldn't find the solution.
Is there any conflict with other previous MS programs?
I got followings in my notebook.
