SQL 2000 Personal Edition on Tablet PC SP2

Hi experts,
i need SQL 2000 on Tablet PC Edition 2005 (Version 2002, SP2)
Is it possible to install SQL 2000 Personal Edition in this OS ?
The installation stops (sqlstp.log) because there is one previos
installation Operation open
and there is reboot nesessary. I searched in registry for "pending rename
operations" there is nothing...
Have any Idea?
