SQL x Win 2003 SP1

I just installed Win 2003 SP 1 and now I get this error on my sql server...

The query cannot be executed because some files are either missing or not
registered (Enterprise Manager)

I´ve tried all process, including reinstall the client tools, but it did not
work....

I read once, on this news, something about this same issue...

Somebody had faced this?
