Upgrade from Personal to Standard?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm afraid I have no experience of SQL
Server at all.

We have a system recently installed here which is running on SQL Server 2000
Personal Edition. We need to upgrade this to 2000 Standard Edition.

Can anyone tell me how I do this and how I keep all our existing data? I can
find plenty on upgrading from 6.5 and 7 but not from Personal. Would
appreciate any help as I'm sure you can understand I'm kind of nervous about
trying this just in case something horrible happens! :-O

As I say I know nothing at all about SQL Server - currently working my way
through a big thick book!

Thanks for any advice

Dave
