enterprise manager no longer connects to remote database

Hi
I am developing a database, 'MylocalDB' which i DTS transfer within
Enterprise Manager to a Fasthosts remote server 'MyRemoteDB', using SQL
security with ID 'MyRemoteID' and PW 'MyRemotePW'
I am no longer able to DTS getting the message 'MyRemoteID' is not a valid
user for database 'nhmforum01'. I do not recognise this database and it does
not appear in the group on the remote server
i have create a new remote database with Fasthosts and I can DTS to this
without problem. Fasthosts technical support advise me to reload SQL Server
2000 but I am reluctant because the setting up might prove a further
complication - Help

.
