Issues in SQL7 or 2000 setup?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am just trying to put a plan together to see what issues that I might see
when setting up a new SQL server. If anyone could lend some advice, that
would be great!

What issues might we face installing SQL7 or 2000 on Windows Server 2003?
What issues might we face installing SQL7 or 2000 on a server with 4GB of
RAM?
