Hmm...didn't helped (the manual MDAC installation)...

I’ve tried running the script from Query Analyzer as well. I’ve got some
errors (mostly since I’m not using replication on this instance as well –
like Shawn). The last output was “replsys.sql completed successfully.” And
the Query Analyzer status was “Query batch completed”.

And I’ve the same behaviour using @@Version. It looks like SP4 is installed….
