Newsgroup not available

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am getting "Newsgroup not available" messages on some of
the news groups items like 'Server', 'DTS', 'Clustering'
e.t.c. Did the web address changed? Is it my browser or am
I missing something ?. The adress for the 'server' was:

http://communities.microsoft.com/Newsgroups/default.asp?
ICP=SQL&sLCID=US&NewsGroup=microsoft.public.sqlserver.serve
r&iPageNumber=1

I can het there but all I see is that the 'Newsgroup not
available'
