Problem installing SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition on Windows XP
When I try to specify a Domain user acount I get an error.
Server Accounts / Server settings / Use a Domain USer Accont
Error:
"The logon account cannot be validated for the SQL Server service. Verify
that the user name and password entered are correct. The logon attempt
failed."
If I use the Local System Account there is no problem. The account I am
trying to use does exist on the server.
Any ideas ?
