Service packs are cluster-aware during the install. If you run the service
pack from the current host node, it runs the full installation. If you run
it from a non-host node, it updates local binaries only. The same applies
to hotfixes. This is very useful for replacing a node on a
high-availability system without incurring the normal downtime for a full
service pack or hotfix install.
