Which kind or windows user do my sql 2000 need to run at?

Im installing a sql 2000 that are going to support my webpage at my iis on
the same server with stored procedure logic. What user rights do the sql
server need to run at/use to do its job? Is it good with an ordinary user or
does it need an administrator?
