Your database size will still be limited by the size of the disk.
The space available value just means that there is 1.05 MB that has already
been allocated to the database that hasn't been used, but it doesn't mean
that no more space could be allocated as needed. Your unrestricted file
growth means unlimited up to the space available on the disk.
