thank you soooooo much for your response - you can't imagine how much work
you just saved me. You're right the MS knowledge base didn't help but your
article did. Worked like a charm. One small correction though: the regedit
that you suggested should be to change the mode value to 1 and not 0 (it was
already 0 when I first checked it). Aside from that - it worked brilliantly.
