SQL Agent mail setup - option greyed out

This issue was also posted by Brian Taylor - Since no solution has been found
(as far as I can see), I hereby post the issue again...
I have read (a lot!) of info on how to configure/troubleshoot SQL Mail
setup. I have come so far, that I am able to send mail via SQL Server
(xp_sendmail), but even though i am using an identical configuration for SQL
Server Agent, it is not possible to select an email profile in the "SQL
Server Agent" - "Properties" - "Mail Profile" dialog box... The option is
simply greyed out!
Quite depressing... :o/
After a lot of reading, I've come to the conclusion, that this probably has
something to do with my "mapi32.dll" version. To avoid questions regarding
this, my config is as follows:
OS: Windows 2000 Server SP4
Exchange: 2003 SP1
Outlook: 2000
SQL Server: 2000 SP3a
Mapi32.dll: 6.5.7226.0
NOTE! I am running SQL Server, ISA Server and Exchange Server on the same
computer! (SBS configuration)
Any help is most appreciated...
