SQL Server 2000 w/SP3

Is anyone familiar with the inability to Add Components
using the SQL Server 2000 CD with SP2 when SP3 has been
installed? The setup program using SQL 2000 w/SP2 is
rejected as a later version is installed and the
downloaded SP3 installation does not have an option
for "Add Components".

Thanks in advance for any advice.
