SQL Entp setup on Windows 2003 error

When I try to install Entp edition of SQL server on W2K3 Std edition, I get
the following error when I reach "Program Files", "Data Files" folder
location.
"The maximum allowed length of the install path is 36 characters"
Setup halts here.
Any idea?
