CSRSS.EXE hits 100% CPU after SP3

Hi,

I'm having SQL Server developer edition installed on my desktop with Windows XP.

After applying SP3 patch, my system became very slow and i inferred that CSRSS.EXE is consuming 100% CPU resource.

Any guess, why this is happening and how to get rid out of this?
