SQL SETUP and SP3s

If am installing SQL srvr 2k on a win2000 srvr. I can
install the Analysis services with not problem but when I
try and intstall the server. The message is:

Setup Initialization error
Access is Denied
Source: F:\x86\setup\sqlspre.ini
Target: C:\winnt\temp\setupsql.ini

I got the same masseage when I was trying to install
service pack 3a to the server earlier. My frustration got
the better of me and I uninstalled SQL SRVR then tried to
Re-install and this is what I get.
